Our Story

Once upon a time, I was a teacher with a long commute and very little space to pause.

Like many of you, life shifted. I stepped into freelance writing, launched Aquarius Candle Co., and found more room to notice what truly lights me up.

But even in that freedom, the world felt heavy. Constant headlines. Uncertainty in the air. A sense that we all needed somewhere softer to land.

Aquarius Candle Co. was reimagined from that feeling.

A return to simplicity, a thoughtful edit.

Our collection is now inspired by the four elements: air, water, earth, and fire. Each fragrance is carefully blended and curated to bring clarity, not clutter. Fewer choices, made better.

Refillable vessels extend the experience, making it easy to come back to what you love without starting over.

This is about creating a personal haven. A way to reset, even on the busiest days.

Handmade in small batches in my home-based studio in the beautiful Beaver Valley with a view of the Escarpment, I feel a bit of the magic of this area is infused into each candle– offering you a little light, when the world feels dark.
